Economic System

Economic systems are the means by which the scare resources are produced and allocated within and the between the societies. Economic system can be classified into the two subsystems: Capitalism and the Socialism.

Capitalism

An economy in which most of the productive capacity is privately owned is called a capitalist economy. This system of the ownership is called capitalism or the private enterprise. Capital or the productive capacity includes manufacturing the plans, distribution of the system, lands, raw material and the money that can be converted into the things. Capital can be thought of the income producing wealthy: if you own something that produces income then you own the capital. The larger the share of the capital that is owned privately, the more the capitalist the economy is. In the purely capitalist economy, an ideal type that doesn't exist in the real life all the producing capacity will be privately owned. The United States is the highly capitalistic nations in the industrialized world. More of its productive capacity is privately owned than in the case in the most Europeans countries, but it isn't completely capitalist. Certain important economic functions are performed predominantly by the government owned organizations. Moreover, even the economic activities that are usually privately owned are not always so. In the united state, electric power companies, bookstores, campgrounds, marine and the ski areas are publicly owned.

Two basics features of the capitalism are:

  1. Personal profit
  2. Free competition

Socialism

A system in which the capital is publicly owned is called the socialist economy. Sometimes to emphasize the major roles of the governments, the system is referred to as state socialism. Here the basic objective of this economic system is to meet the people needs rather than making profit. There is the common ownership of the means of the production and the distribution. Economic activities are planned by the government and  market plays the fewer roles or no roles. Legal system primarily concerned with the administration involves changes in the criminal and the property law. Since there is no space and scope for the primary property at least theoretically there is no chances or the fewer chances of emerging class-based disparity. Structural changes occurring within the system contributes the insignificant roles of the religion or religion belief or religion ideology. The economy refers to the relationship between production, trade and the supply of the money in a particular country and the religion.

Features of the economic system are as follow:

3.It shows the relationship between the business activities.

Political System

Although the national government is taken granted for today, it is important to recognize that they are relatively the recent creation. The real power during the era of the feudalism is held by the titled land owners, each of whom ruled the relatively less area. Another common arrangement on the part of the world that has at least an agricultural economy was the city-state. Under this arrangement the government based in the city ruled the surrounding territory. Some times as in the ancient Greece, city states formed alliances over the area as large as the modern nation, but these alliances were temporary and unstable. In those part of the world with the hunting and the gathering, horticultural economics, the tribe or the clan was usually the largest unit of the government. There were the expectation of these rules in  some agricultural societies, notably the roman, Chinese's , Russian and the European empires. Present day political system can be categorized into number of the ways but the most critical distinctions are between democratic governments and the authoritarian governments.

A political system is one of the major educational systems which are composed of the member of the social organization who are in the power. A political system refers to the system of the politics and the government.

Features of the political system are as follows;

1.A political system is much more complex than other system.

  1. It is the complete set of the instructions of the interest groups, institutions, such as the political parties, trade union etc.
  2. It refers to the institution of the politics and the government.

Education

 The ways the society gives training to the members is different from society to society. Thus education has developed as one of the ways to fulfill the need to train the members of the society. Main idea of the education is to develop in man those habits and attitudes with which he may successfully face the future. It helps for the transmission of the culture to the young generation. The function of the education can be described both by the functionalist and the conflict perspectives. Functionalist perspectives argues about the positive impact of the education in the society where as the conflict perspectives explains about the creation of the inequality due to the education.Education is derived from the Latin word 'educare' which literally means to bring up. Education is the training and the instructions, which is designed to give knowledge and develop skills. Thus, idea of the education is not to only impart the knowledge in the eye but as to develop him in those habits and attitude that successfully make him intelligent.
