Connection of business administration to social and cultural change

A business suffers from many challenges in the course of its establishment as well as in its runtime.Business administration needs to adapt to the emerging social changes. In other to increase the business image, change is the must. For example, if the new technology is introduced in a country then a business needs to get used to with the new technology.Similarly, it should adapt to the new factors which are the causes of the change in social as well as the cultural aspects. For a business to go in its faster pace, it must accept the change.
