Asthma
Asthma is the condition of being difficulty in breathing because the windpipe is a contract because of dust, smoke, dirt, and polluted environment. It is also caused due to the tobacco used and mental stress.
Symptoms:
- Cough

- Restlessness and increases in pulse rate
Preventive measure:
- Be protected from a cold climate, cold food, dust and smoke.

Diabetes
Diabetes is known as the sugar disease because there is the proportion of glucose in the blood. Taking lots of sugar or sweet dishes, lack of exercises to burn excess sugar converted carbohydrates, malfunctioning of pancreatic glands, excessive mental stress and tension are some of the causes of diabetes.
Symptoms of diabetes:
- Frequent urination
- The amount of glucose increases
- Losses of weight
- Quickly feels hungry and unconsciousness in an advanced stage.
Preventive measure:
- Avoid too much intake of carbohydrate.
- Avoid wounds and cut.
- Try not giving birth to a child.
- Try to be physically active and do exercise regularly.
Stones
Accumulation of hard particles in a liver, gall bladder, kidneys, uterus gives rise to the condition called stones. It is caused due to the accumulation of salts and other minerals.

- Swelling of abdomen
- Malfunctioning of affected organ
- Indigestion
- Loss of weight
Prevention measure:
- Avoid salty, spicy, and oily food.
- Exercises regularly.
- Takes lots of water and liquid food.

Cancer
Cancer is known as deadly disease. If not treated in time it could take the life. Lungs, liver, kidneys, stomach, mouth, skin, throat and breast are the main organs which are infected by cancer. Regular smoking, consumption of alcohol, hereditary reasons are some of the causes of cancer.
Symptoms:
- Loss of appetite
- Breathless
- Body weakness of the patient
- Spreading of the wounds instead of healing
Preventive measure:
- Treats any wounds and cuts promptly.
- Do not take alcohol and smoke.
- Maintain positive personal hygiene and food habits.
- Regular health check up should be done.
Epilepsy
Epilepsy is a disease of the nervous system. People suffering from epilepsy experience difficulty in breathing which may lead to immediate death. Serious head injuries during childhood, family quarrels, disturbed environment, etc. are the causes of epilepsy.

- Fits at unpredictable time
- Breathlessness followed by fizzing from the mouth
