Activities or attitude towards the sex is considered as sexual behaviours. Many adolescents are prone to sexually transmitted disease like AIDS, gonorrhoea etc. Many girls die due to unsafe abortion every year. So, it is essential for the adolescent to know about the methods of safe sexual behaviours.
Methods of safe sexual behaviours

- To avoid the sexual relationship with a person with the sexually transmitted disease (STDs)

Abortion is a social crime. It is an induced termination of pregnancy before the fetus has developed. The unsafe abortion may create various problems which may sometimes lead to maternal death. Thus, the prevention and control of abortion and treatment of problems aroused due to abortion is one of the part of reproductive health. According to 'safe sexual abortion service process 2060 B.S', if doctor recommends abortion due to risk in the physical and mental health of female and an unhealthy baby, is about to born, then abortion can be done. Abortion can be done without recommendation if pregnancy is below 12 weeks and if girl conceives without her will. Abortion cannot be done without the will of the pregnant women but if the woman is unconscious or she is below 16 years then parents approval is necessary.

- Abortion can not be performed by threatening, cheating or luring.
- Abortion cannot be done after recognizing the gender of the fetus.
- Abortion cannot be done in an inappropriate situation or situation not approved by the government for abortion.

- Uterus may get infected.
