In the multimedia system, we can use more than one audio, video, image etc. We can create a document by using MS PowerPoint.
Steps to create documents using MS PowerPoint:
- Step 1: Open Microsoft PowerPoint
- Step 2: Choose slide layout according to your need
- Step 3: Type text according to your will
- Step 4: Click on insert tab and select picture button
- Step 5: Insert picture as required
- Step 6: If video file is to be uploaded, click on insert tab and select movie button
- Step 7: Upload video as required
- Step 8: Press on F5 button for slide show
