Hepatitis disease

the word hepatitis means an inflammation of live without pinpoint specific cause because someone with hepatitis may have the various disorder in the liver due to bacterial or viral infection or may ave liver injury may have the various disorder. in the liver due to bacterial or viral infection,hepatitis is one of the communicable diseases pathogenic disorder disease .it is dangerous as that of AIDS.
According to national Academy of medical science , bir hospital said that about 2% of the population is affected by hepatitis i.e. is one of the communicable pathologic diseases in which, According to WHO said that about 60000 of people are chronic hepatitis in the words.

according to liver units of Bir hospital said that hepatitis patients s Mosley of drug addicts and migrated person.

Symptoms

hepatitis in early stages may cause flue like symptoms including fever ,muscle aches .loss of hepatitis ,nausea ,vomiting ,diarrhoea ,jaundice ,malaise.
children with hepatitis of usually have mild symptoms or have no symptoms,
If hepatitis progresses effect of usually have mild symptoms or have no symptoms,
a chemical secreted by the infected liver may cause jaundice ,foul breath ,bitter taste in the mouth ,dark urine or tea coloured urine.

causative agents


hepatitis is most commonly caused by three viruses such as hepatitis A virus (HAV) Hepatitis B (HAV) virus hepatitis C virus (HAV-C).

Hepatitis A


hepatitis is very common in children so-called infectious hepatitis caused by HAV It can prolonged illness up to 6 months by and does not cause chronic liver disease.



hepatitis B


it is called serum hepatitis caused by HBV this disease can lead to liver cancer.


hepatitis C

It is called blood hepatitis because can spread by direct contact with an infected person blood caused by HCVthis virus also can lead to chronic liver disease.


Contagiousness


Hepatitis A,B,C are all contagious.


Hepatitis A-

spreads by contaminated food ,water,milk ,urine etc
In child care center or school ,toilets and sink used by an infected person should be cleaned with anti septic cleansers.

Hepatitis B-

the virus of this disease can be found in all body fluids ,therefore can spread through sexual contact contaminated blood transmission and shared needles for drugs injection.


Hepatitis C-

can spread through shared drugs needles, it can spread from a mother to her foetus over past several years improved medical technology has almost eliminated .the risk of hepatitis from contaminated blood products and blood teansion body tatoos and acupuncture have beacome more popular the risk of develpoing hepatits from impropelry strized equipment sterilzed to decaesed of risk.

incubation period


the incubation period is as followed :-
hepatitis A - to 2 to 6 weeks,

hepatitis B- from 4 to 20 weeks,

hepatitis c- from 2 to 26 weeks,

prevention measure(prophylaxis )

in general, to prevent viral hepatitis are as the following measure must be taken such as
1 follows good hygiene and avoid crowed unhealthy living condition.

2 take extra care at the time of swimming or drinking.

3 take care where sanitation and water or drinking .


4 washing hand frequency before eats.

5 use sterilized antiseptic to clean toilet ,sink ,potty - chair bedpan used by hepatitis patients.

6 used sterilised needles and syringes.

diagnosis

all the viral hepatitis condition can be diagnosed and followed through the use of ready infection through the blood test.

treatment

when the patients show positive test i.e. laboratory test show liver damage then it is necessary to be treated in the hepatitis and take the advice of physician .
