transplantation is one of the advarage bio medical techniques , utilizes in the persons having severe burn failure of kindney defect in vision etc .

tissue transplantation :-

it is the transplant of epidermal tissue in sever burn cases .Blood tissue in blood tissue in blood cancer lens and cornea in eye defecting cases bony tissue in nleg or hand broken cases.Muscular tissue in muscles damages cases etc, among these very common is transplant of skin which commonly called grafting of skin.Thes days skin grafting from cloning skin produces by dentic enginerring process.

Organe transplantation

it is the transplantation of the whole or partial organ ,from one body to another donor site on the patients won body for the porpose of replacing the recipitents damaged or failing organ in "1967"surgery arrived at climax that made whord wide aware of its medico surgical responsibilities .When the "south African" surgeon Christian barnard transplanted the first human heart reaction both medical and lay contained more than a element of hysteria.
So new development in immunosupressent have advanced the field of transplantation as well.

Types of transplantation

1 Autograft .
2 isografts .
3 Aloograft .
4 Xenograft .
Types of donners :-
1 Living donor
these donners are living ones whose body and parts are to donned i.e organs and tissues
2 formerly cadaveric.
3 Body snatching.

Rejection

during transplantation there is auto immune response in many cases.If their donated part matches on ,if not then there would be auto rejection causeing bodies" immune" resone for the "cytotoxins " causing death of the that organ whoses have been rejected .
